The University of Idaho is also abbreviated to UI or U of I. It is the oldest public university in Idaho and is located in Moscow, Idaho. It was the states only university for 71 years, until 1963 and until 2012, it hosted the only law school in the state. The UI has the largest campus in the state and is home to the Idaho Vandals, and compete in the Division 1 FBS. The school mascot is Joe Vandal and the official school colors are silver and gold.
